Re: 'Artificial' lengthening of the game versus TRUE lengthe
I'm in the same boat as a lot of people here - these requirements for unlocking later things truly keep me going. I can set personal goals, yes, but if there's no reward for it, I'll probably wimp out and give up. As for how much time is appropriate to keep dragging things on for unlocking new item...

Re: Love Interests- ANB vs SoS
I usually like the older bachelors, myself, but.. Soseki in ANB was kind of too much for me? If only he didn't talk about his 'old age' so much! Hearing him talk made me think he was the age of my grandfather, sheesh. I'm SO glad they toned it down for Klaus (though the "age gap" mentions...

Re: The minor annoyances thread
I completely agree about the town layout being confusing. I'm always trying to go behind the general store when coming from the west side of town on my way to the mountain. You'd think I'd learn by now. And when trying to go up the bottom set of stairs, I keep trying to go in the "junk" n...

Re: Love Interests- ANB vs SoS
You know.. I never really thought about it much, but I'm leaning towards SoS (haven't placed my vote yet). I can't speak much for the bachelorettes because I always play as a girl, but I know I really liked Iroha in ANB. The others I didn't really talk to much. In SoS though, they all seem pretty n...

I use my own, too! I always choose Spring 21 for April 21.

Re: What should i do with my milk and eggs?
I save mine for when vendors are buying dairy products at a premium. Either that or save them for a conquest for a field that I really want. But then again, I'm still fairly early in the game and scraping for money, so I might cook them into dishes later on once I have a more stable income.

Re: fritz and raeger
The two I confuse the most are actually Klaus and Jonas, haha xD I swear they wear the exact same shade of green!! THIS ^ And I have no idea why, because they look nothing alike? Sometimes I only look at the town map when running around, so I'll think I'm approaching Klaus to slowly gain his love w...

Bumping this back up to mention that I have made a couple additions to the original sheets, just in case somebody is still using the old one ^_^

Re: BRICKS?!
Oh my gosh bricks are so irritating. Or.. the lack thereof, I suppose. I'm currently on Spring 26 of year 1 and I just got my very first brick. I dive in each river section every day for the max number of items (even though I know bricks are found in the one by the grain field). Perhaps I should do...

Re: Favorite Games on Each System
Ohhh this is going to be tough. I'm not going to list all of my systems because I haven't played some of them enough to have a favorite, like... Sega Master System, SNES, etc. They're older systems that I've acquired more recently. Atari 2600: Super Breakout NES: Final Fantasy N64: Pokemon Snap Gam...

Re: Did my DS delete my file??
It could also be the cartridges internal battery dying. My own MFoMT game corrupted even though was playing on a GBA SP. In this case, saving a lot wouldn't help you. In fact, I've heard somewhere that it could even hurt, which would go along with what happened with mine. I was in year 12, married ...

Re: Things you don't like about the game
^I completely agree about the nonsensical blueprint requirements. I actually like the Town Restoration plans because of how they fit story-wise. I like building new houses and creating new festivals to draw in more villagers. There was nothing more exciting than when new people would move in, at le...

Re: Crops Profit Spreadsheet Feedback
Thanks for that I mainly use spreadsheet as a grid because I can't fit it in a table in docs. I can't figure out how to use the equations because the Google tuts are totally useless. I'll try YouTube in a sec. Oh I can help you with that if you haven't figured it out already! When you want to put a...

Re: Argh
I have the DS version as well, and it is sad that you no longer have the ability for multiplayer. I never played even when the DS had wifi capabilities, but from what I've heard, we aren't missing out on much. So I'm not too upset about it ^_^
Multiplayer in ANB is far better, in my opinion.
