Ray also likes Pink Cat Flower and it's easier and cheaper
Jake also likes Onion
Max likes Platinum, and you can get Proof of Warrior easily from Goblin, Fluffy Scarf is from crafting
Douglas will also accept Skipjack Sashimi (from Yue)
Gordon likes Warrior Proof
The Twins like Tomato Juice, Marmalade is birthday present (29 Fall)
Orland b'day present is Sunsquid Sashimi (15 Winter)
Leonel b'day present is Mixed Juice (3 Summer)

Okay, I've got a few things to add up - just for completion's sake. This is an awesome idea by the way.
Mana also likes "Premonition of Love".
For Rosalind make sure to mention that you can cheat on Mana's second reuquest (that's how you find the clover in Trieste forest). She asks you to get her a 4-leaf clover, and it will be in Trieste Forest. Just give the clover to Rosalind and then abandon the quest. Repeat.
Dorothy likes "Emery Flower" and "Fried Char" as well, though Char is the easiest to obtain.
Yue also likes Fried Udon.
Jake also likes Bull's Horn (you can cheat on Douglas' first quest I believe
Ray likes Vegetable Juice too.
Tanya likes Apple Pie.
Herman also likes Tomato Juice.
Byron also likes Miso Eggplant.
I think but I'm not sure, Douglas likes Pumpkin and Boiled Pumpkin...
