So, to help some players I've decided to put up a list of recipes and how to get them. If you guys see anything wrong, kindly post the correction. There might be some mistakes because I got some of the information from the japanese RF:ToD/Oceans Wiki. With that said, I hope we can help each other and make this list 100% accurate to help a lot of people. =)

NOTE: Okay, I just confirmed it now, some recipes are named WRONG like Spear Recipes from Bacchus. When you finish his "More monsters to clobber" request, he'll reward you with a lvl 3 Spear recipe but if you check it in your bookshelf at home, it's actually the lvl 2 recipe. You can check what lvl your recipe really is by looking at the icon of the recipe in your bookshelf. If there's anyone who can tell me all the recipes with wrong names, that will be really helpful. =)


NOTE: If you are not receiving FP Quests from the villager that you like, make sure that you have done the FP Quests of other villagers first. There seems to be a limit on how many FP Quests you can receive on the mission board per day excluding the mob extermination quests of Beatrix, Bacchus, and Gerard. To be safe, don't let your quests stack on the board. Also take note that after leveling a friendship, the quest does not appear til the next day.


NOTE: Some recipes can be received from two different people, I still have to check which recipes they are though and from whom you can alternatively get them.(Credits to BananaSlurpee)


BLACKSMITH / FORGING RECIPES

Dual Blades
Lvl 1: From Elena, just touch the anvil in the Blacksmith Shop for the first time and she'll give you the recipe.
Lvl 2: Gerard's "Test your skills again" Request
Lvl 3: Kelsey's 3 FP Quest
Lvl S: Gerard's "Test your skills yet again" Request

Long Sword
Lvl 1: From Elena, just touch the anvil in the Blacksmith Shop for the first time and she'll give you the recipe.
Lvl 2: Joe's 3 FP Quest
Lvl 3: Joe's 5 FP Quest
Lvl S: Maerwin's 7 FP Quest OR James' 7 FP Quest

Spear
Lvl 1: From Elena, just touch the anvil in the Blacksmith Shop for the first time and she'll give you the recipe.

Lvl 1: From James, Talk to him at the Church Plaza every Thursdays and Holidays to enlarge your house, buy a second floor and then buy a carpentry workshop. He’ll automatically give it to you.

On a quick Sonia game I played, I got Happiness 101 from a Golden Turnip request from Gerard AFTER I married. Though since it's considered a Golden Turnip request, I'd assume playing as Azel you get it before you marry, still have to confirm this.
Also there are some recipes that you can get from 2 requests, and if you get it a second time nothing changes. Didn't take too many notes on it though, so I'm not sure which recipes these are until I do a quick playthrough of the game again (which probably won't be for a while sorry )
