I think the Poison Trout refers to the Poisonous Rainbow Trout. The game only displays it as Rainbow Trout and the description mentions the poison.

Oh and so far Dylas likes every type of Sashimi I've given him so far. He doesn't explicitly say it, but his reaction shows that he likes it I guess ^^
