Mining or crops earns more?

Is it generally move lucrative $$ to mine ore (esp when you equip orange wonderful) or keep on farming crops?
It's probably mining in my opinion but any other opinions?

There aren't a lot of mined items that are worth a lot of money. Pink Diamond and Alexandrite both sell for 10,000 G (or more), but you have to go really deep into the mine to get them. If you can use the Orange Wonderful, then you can get more goods when mining. You'll need to bring food with you to restore your stamina while mining, so you may end up growing crops to turn into cooked recipes anyway.
