#Storyline
Konohana and Bluebell Villages were once great friends, despite their differences. They were connected by way of an underground tunnel through the mountain, and there were many people that passed through it each day.
But there was one thing the two villages just couldn't agree on...
FOOD! Yes, food. Their cooking styles were too different! This feud went on for a while until things got so bad that the tunnel connecting the two villages was closed off!
Pick a village, build a farm from the ground up, win some cooking festivals to settle the differences of the villages and clear out the caved in tunnel! Only you can reunite the two villages once more!

#Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Where do I get the axe?
A: You can get the axe from a request from Shen Lo. The wiki pages claim that you can get the request in Summer, but I couldn't activate it in Summer, but I did get it the second of Autumn. I spent the Summer giving Shen Lo Bamboo grass, which he likes, and I got the request :D So I assume it has to do with your friendship level with him.
Q. Where do I get the fishing rod?
A. You receive it at the beginning of summer. You don't have to do a request for it, you should receive it from the village you are living in at the time's mayor.
Q. How does irrigation work?
A. First you clear the grass from the area you want to plow with the sickle, and use the hoe to turn the ground into furrows. If you hold the directional button down in the direction you want your irrigation to go, and press A quickly, you'll make a line instead of just individual circles. Then you can use the watering can to water that area faster.
Q. Is there a way to "pause" the game?
A. There isn't a traditional way to "pause" the game, but if you go into your quest screen (it's the lower right icon that looks like a piece of paper with writing on it) time will stop as you are looking at the quests.
Q. How do I feed my dog/cat/owl?
A. The dogs and cats can be fed with a red tin you can buy from the general store. You throw it into the long yellow trough like object to the right of your house. You can buy fish shaped cookies from the general store to feed your owl, much like the carrot shaped ones for your horse.
Q. Can I move villages?
A. Yes. At the end of the month, between the 23rd and the 30th, you have the option of moving to the opposite village. Speak to the mayor of the village you're currently living in, pick the top option and pay them 3000g and you'll be sent to the other village to live for a month. You can move back at the end of the next month if you want to. Remember, when you move you'll automatically be forced to sleep and/or save, so be sure to finish everything you want to do during that day before you move.
Q. Help! I planted in the field under the Goddess Pond, and now I can't harvest them!
A. The field under the Goddess Pond is actually used for Wi-Fi. You plant crops there and then your friends can harvest them for you and themselves. It's a nice little way to share, but if you don't have anyone to play with, I would refrain from planting anything there, for they'll be useless to you
Q. Why do my animals always get sick after festivals? Why can't I make friends with anyone?
A. This is a form of Anti-piracy put into the game. If you are using a flash card, or downloaded the game, the AP makes it so you can't make friends with anyone and your animals will constantly be sick. Unfortunately it also has effected some retail copies of the game. If you have the retail version, and are having trouble with it being glitched, I suggest you contact the game supplier and inquire about getting another copy.

As you woo the batchelor/ette of your choice (or make friends with anyone), the little flowers on their portrait will gradually grow and change colour. To activate a heart event, ask them out on a date to the appropriate spot, at the right time.

A lot of requests are random, a villager will ask you for a random item that can be found during that season, and also possibly ask you to deliver it to a random person. You can find out the item, and the person who you're supposed to deliver it to, by pressing Y while selecting that request on the requests screen (The item will be in the body of the message, the person will be at the top. It will also show a cow if the person lives in Bluebell, or a turnip if the person lives in Konohana).
