Ok, I'm finding myself hoarding a lot of stuff in order to complete part-time jobs.
Aside from that, is there any unlockable that I should pay attention? Like selling X radish in order to unlock a "golden" variant or another seed?
Should I just cook everything and sell for the extra profit?
Should I hoard something? What to sell raw?

Wild herbs like thymes and rosemaries are always great to spare. Meanwhile things that spawns on the bush (vanilla, avocado, cactus) should be save to sell after you have saved a certain amount needed for gift/quest/missions. Unlike the herbs, they always spawn in set time, after all.
Some gems like Ruby, Glittering Stones and Fluorites are important as well.
You get golden crops by raising the sweetness parameter in this game, but selling stuff raw to certain town may unlock that said crops/flowers in certain vendor. Like, you can buy low quality vegetables and fruits in one of the Lulukoko vendor now rather than having always to grow them yourself.
