Ushi No Tane - Harvest Moon

Do you guys ever get bored of your file and just restart it? I don't really do it unless it is a console where I have open files! But whenever I restart I always get bored! Except for Animal Parade I got married and then got bored! Anyway just wondering if you guys restaart too!

i do restart when i don't like the person i have married anymore or if i haven't played the game in a year or so

I have never restarted any of my Harvest Moon games.

Oh yes, I do that all the time. Whenever I didn't play the file for a long time and don't remember much about it, I restart.

I never restart. I feel like im throwing all of my accomplishments away if i restart over an old file. And if i restart on a new file, i get bored really fast.

I do if it's been a long time since I played.... Though when I had AWL, I used to restart not to long after getting married. Why wouldn't it let you stay single longer?>.>

I tend to restart my games if I haven't picked it up in a while. Which happens a lot actually and I generally don't get very far in the file and then it gets deleted... its like a cycle for me.

For the older games starting over was always fun and enjoyable, something I can not say about newer Harvest Moon games personally.

I think I've started a new save game over the years on Back to Nature and Harvest Moon 64 perhaps a dozen times + each. Normally takes 3-4 ingame years to get bored of a save game, then I start all over. I find the joy of starting over enjoyable on them both, mainly because of the pacing is not too slow where everything can become quite boring fast.

I restart if I haven't picked it up in a while or I'm married and finished the story line and want to go for someone else or bored of it .

* Just restarted Animal Parade: I finished the bells in the first yr and was married to Chase and had a daughter and was pregnant again. Trying to go after the Wizard this time but going slowly on the green bell.

It all really depends, honestly.
I feel like I'm losing something when I restart, but that's just me.

But if I'm really bored with it, I'll restart.

If getting a file accidentally deleted or plain corrupted: 'Always.' [an hour ago my RF file just got corrupted, lol, share]

I really love restarting HMFOMT like every month but not right now. But some HM games are not suitable for restart for me. Anyway I'll try restarting when there's time.
