Well it could be a leak.
Nintendo released several copies of the games to reviewers.
So I wouldn't be surprised that some stuff will be leaked over the next few days.
Though as per usual one must take everything with a grain of salt.
As now is also the prime time for fakes to be revealed.

Spoiler:
I hated the design at first.
But after looking at it for a couple of seconds I'm starting to like this Greninja design. Even if it's not real. It does'nt matter to me I'm going with Fennekin and Squirtle~
Isn't there already a sea anemone pokemon though.
It seems rather niche to have two.
It can't be of the Lileep line. As Lileep evolves into Cradily and this seems like a backtrack from that.
Unless they are intending to introduce baby forms of the fossil pokemon.
And looking at Greninja having it's tongue as a scarf rather than the foam scarf of it's previous stages, I'm think it probably is fake.
Usually pokemon evolutions go the line of continuity or something completely different.
Caterpie, Weedle, Burmy, and Simisage(presumably the other Simi pokemon as well) are catchable
And Psyduck, if the one in the screenshot is wild, and not a trainer's, will be catachable in gen 6, and you can at least get a Farfetch'd through trade.
Scatterbug, Fletchling, and Bunnelby can apparently be caught near the beginning of the game.
Viola's gym is the first one you will fight, and the TM you get for beating it, TM83, is for a move called Infestation.
And apparently some shops are most specialized, such as only selling pokeballs or hats.
Also the pokemon entries for Chespin and Fletchling
Chespin
The Spiny Nut Pokemon
The quills on its head are usually soft.
When it flexes them, the points become so hard and sharp that they can pierce rock.
Fletching
The Tiny Robin Pokemon
There friendly Pokemon send signals to one another with beautiful chirps and tail feather movements.
