I know, that's what I was saying. This time they're the same.
To be honest it feels kind of...I don't want to say cheap, but...yeah it's just we have mewtwo, the kanto starters, and now the kanto legendary birds...isn't this a bit too much kanto? I realize that they're trying to get the genwunners but it's become kind of redundant now...hmm.
Yeah, but the legendary pokemon appeared in Platinum. So it feels like they are just recycling them.
In other news, Serebii reports:
Spoiler:
the Pokemon Pumpkaboo and it's evolution can be caught in 4 different sizes.
That size will not change. With he largest being the rarest.
The larger it is the more HP it has at the cost of Speed.
While the smaller it is the more Speed it has, but at a reduction to it's HP.
Mega Banette, Mega Pinsir, and five more Vivillon patterns.

More CoroCoro leaks, yay! Although, it's really just artwork. IMO it makes Delphox look 100x better. And makes me feel I made the right choice with Chespin. ^o^ Althought, I still don't like its typing much...

What do they mean when then have the names of places under the types? Does that mean we can only obtain that pattern when we live in that place or trade with that place? Where is the U.S in that list? There is California but no United States?

Several states are mentioned. Virigina, Maine, Ohio, and as you pointed out California.
Unless there is a different one for each state, they are probably US regions, with only one state displayed.
I would imagine the North Eastern US gets Polar Pattern, the Southern US gets Garden, the Mid-West gets Modern, and the Western US gets High Plains.
So looks like I'm getting Polar Pattern in Y.
And thanks to the fact that my JP 3DS thinks I'm in Japan, I'll get either Meadow or Elegant in my JP version of X.

Neither changes type, Meticham retains Pure Power, and Heracross get's Skill Link.
What is with that nose? XD
Spoiler:
Whimsicott is now Grass/Fairy, and predictably Clefairy is now a pure Fairy type.
Ehh..can't say I care for Mega Heracross too much the nose is just too much for me :p
I wonder if someone will find Mega Jynx and Scizor soon.
Woah. So the Vivillon patterns are for different areas/regions? Neat.
Guess this means I'll be getting Garden version, which isn't too bad but it's definitely not my favorite. Guess we'll have to trade globally to complete the pokedex this time?

Honestly, I like a lot of them. But I like a lot of the lighter blue ones like the Savanna, Tundra, and Marine ones. The pink ones like Meadow, Modern, and Sun ones are reaaally pretty tho. I think the Sun and Marine ones are probably my favorite? Really like those color patterns.
wait but the 3ds isnt region locked by state or even region in the US afaik so how would it know which one to give us unless it goes by timezone or the location we put on our 3ds?

I would imagine it's based on the location you put into your 3DS settings.
