Any of you made any games? I have been trying out many Game Making Engines in these past few Times... So far i found Smile Game Builder : And Tyrano Builder to be really Easy to use! ^_^ :

Smile Game Builder took me a few Days before i got the hang of it and Tyrano Builder is oh! So Easy to use! ^_^ I just started using it on the 29 of this Month and i got the Hang of it right way after spending just a few Hours with it! :) :lala:

I'm trying to see if i can learn how to use RPG Maker MV : And Visual Novel Maker too but i'm having some difficulty with them... :

I'm thinking about trying out Game Maker too : https://www.yoyogames.com/

I’m continually starting new projects in rpg makes fes and getting nowhere. I’ve got about 200 hours in and nothing to show for it. ._.

I've only toyed with RPG Maker, and it was ten years ago or more. It's fun to play with. I took a project from my Grade 12 English class and started turning it into a small game, where a Hyades elf misplaced her wings and then had to retrace her steps from the previous day or two to try to find them. But I really only built the starting village and dialogue for the beginning. It was cute and funny to people who know me, or who are into all the same books and things that I am, but really only suitable as an inside joke, lol.

These game-making programs are a hoot to just play with, though, even with no intention of actually publishing the games for others to play. I like making the settings and including snarky or silly item descriptions, lol. :)

One of my favorite moves/descriptions was an example from the rpg maker fes website: Face Punching: A blow from the heart that stops small conflicts and starts bigger ones.

Or something along those lines, anyway.

Witty or silly or insider-joke item/location/etc descriptions can be a major highlight in these games if they're done well. In the Trails in the Sky games localized by Xseed, once a chest had been opened and the contents taken, they added a new message that would trigger if you tried to open/take from the chest after having already emptied it. Normally a chest might give you a message like 'Found 1000 Mira' and then not be clickable any more after that, or just say 'The chest is empty' or some other standard response, but if you'd already taken that 1000 Mira in a Sky game and then clicked on the chest again, it might say something like, "You have found: disappointment." or "You have returned. The pact is sealed. Your firstborn child is mine." Or, "Look, I'm a chest and you're a human. Our love can never be. Let it go."
