By using cheat codes on your game, there is a high chance it's going to freeze, or corrupt. You might be able to unfreeze the game by shutting it off and turning it back on, but once your file is corrupted, it's gone. FOREVERRR. D:
It could be from the AR, but it could also be from the fact that DSC has the same corruption glitch DS has (though it's not as likely).
The AR probably didn't help, in any case.
I used the codes for a lot of money and finding 90-ish Sprites, but it took the game out of the card as soon as I saved and haven't had any problems. In any case, ever since my file got corrupted in DS, I've made a habit of saving in the second file before I go to sleep, and saving in the first when I'm done playing for the day. That way, if one file corrupts, I won't have to replay more than a day.
Of course, if both files should happen to corrupt, well then that'll just suck donkey dong.

Actually, my game freezes again yesterday :'(
I started a new game again and activated the max gold and max stamina cheat only.
After the scene about the harvest goddess, I checked the character page and found out that my birthday is in spring 18 again...
It is the Stamina cheat. If I remember correctly, if you change the last 2 digits of the code, you can change your birthday. For example, I changed the last 2 digits from 11 to 06 to make my birthday Spring 7th. You'll have to fiddle with it a bit to get the birthday you want. Hope that helps.
(nods understandingly) I used AR codes on my HMDS for a while and it corrupted my most brilliant save file. I had Witch Princess at Red Heart, All my surviving animals at at least 6 hearts. And then..... poof! my best file yet gone.
Yeah, AR and other cheat stuff will corrupt your game and it makes the game uninteresting. I mean, what's the point of playing a game where everything is handed to you?
