Ranch Master Requirements Met, but Nothing Added?

Alright, so the guide says that you need Super-Deluxe House, four adults of each animal, 1600 soil cultivated, 4500 items shipped, 65536 G earned, 250 happiness rating, and 6 power berries eaten. My evaluation was as follows:

Number of chickens: 4/4
Cultivated area: 2338/1600
Total shipment: 6135/4500
Ultra-deluxe wood house (biggest size)
Maximum cow affection: 251
Latest funds: 99,999/65,536
Happiness rating: 255/250
Power berries eaten: 7/6

He acknowledges that I've made "incredible progress," and yet... when I look in my tool shed, there's nothing new. My held items are the milker and brush. My tool shed looks like this:

empty - empty - bell - empty || empty - empty - empty - empty
animal medicine - empty - empty - sprinkler || golden sickle - golden hoe - golden hammer - golden axe

I went to sleep and went to see if Spring 2 would be different, but nope, nothing. What am I missing, here?

If it's your first year or so, then he probably expanded your farm.

I believe these rewards go in sequence.

Ah, I should have clarified, it was the end of my second year. The farm was already expanded the first year and was not further expanded this year.

I checked thoroughly to see if I missed something, but it really seems like nothing was added. I don't get it...

Hello. I know this is kind of necropost, but wanted to clarify, that the farm enlargement is the "prize" if you not met therequirements for becoming a Ranch Master. So if it's second year and you still did not get all the required things, then you get nothing this time.

To become a Ranch Master you have to have all 4 adults of each animal, 1600 pieces of soil, 4500 items shipped, every house upgrade, minimum 65536 gold, 250 happiness rating and 6 Power Berries found. Looks like you have everything, so something is missing or it's a bug? You should get Fishing Rod.
