On growing crops out of season

Obviously you can't have crops grow out of season, but I was wondering if it were possible to plant crops one or two days before the season started, just to have them bloom just a little bit earlier. So for example, it takes a really long time for pineapples to be ready to harvest, but if I were to plant the pineapple seeds on Spring 30 instead of Summer 1, would they bloom on Summer 20 instead of Summer 21? Or would the seeds "wait" until it was fully Summer to begin to grow? Thanks in advance.

I don't think there is any overlap, so no, they would wait, as you said, or ever disappear, until Summer.
Maybe you could just test it out? It's been a while since I've played and I'm kind of interested to know!

I'm sure you can plant pineapple seeds on Spring 30 and harvest them three times by the end of Summer 30. You can only try this starting from year 2 though since you don't have access to pineapple seed in spring first year, so it's good to store several bags of seeds for next year.

This is not possible. You can plant pineapple seeds only in summer.

It’s no possible the crop will disappear the next day i.e
(1st summer)
