I think what i like about it is being able to raise animals and being able to express urself through farming!
^o^~ its just my opionin now tell me yours! ^^

I love the music and the feel. its so calming.

It's also like having a life... without actually having a life. =3

I wonder myself why I like HM games so much.

The description sounded rather boring. I only bought HM for SNES 1999 because the store wanted to get rid of all SNES games and sold them for 10,- DM (round about 7 USD? Don't know how the exchange rate then ^^). After 5 minutes playing the game I was addicted *g*

Although there are tasks in every HM game I don't like (mining in BTN and all the following HM games, being forced to use the touchglove in DSCute if I want to rescue the sprites...) there is stuff I love. Breeding animals, befriending villagers, unlocking cutscenes, the whole wooing and marriage and family life aspect...

If you think about it, it's a life you live there you probably never want to have in real life (I don't). Whenever my boyfriend asks me why I always play HM again although I have so many more games for other consoles I don't know what to answer ^_^°
Guess people have to experience the game, and either they like the concept or they don't.

HM is interesting, it's easy to play, it's something different.

Thats what i like about HM games, you can have another life, an easier life, because you can save and reload.

harvest moon ds has way to many glitches and you have to avoid so much plus the game get boring in 2 years... you have to be obsessed if your willing to go further

They have the same addictive affect as crack. ;D

Are you calling me obsessed? If it does get boring b i am not going to stop playing, i will only stop if i don't have time.
There are still so many things to do, how could i get board?

I've never been obsessed with boring stuff. Only with things that don't bore me.

Have never heard of someone whose obsession is something he/she disliked.

unfortantly ive never heard of a person being obessed with something they hate...except for my best friend...she LIKES my best friend who i like but SHE BETTER BACK OFF!! XD iam very random!

I love being able to have a family and befriending everyone. Also, the farming aspect is really addicting since I'm always striving to level up my crops and animals. The fun never ends.

Raising the children in AWL and seeing what job they get :3 also, the bear XD I forget his name.

ToT has quickly become my favourite game. it's not handheld, which makes it difficult to play sometimes, but I honestly have nothing bad to say about it.

my favourite handheld game would be Cute. it doesn't have as many glitches as DS, advantageous or otherwise, and the carpet/clothes option is nice.
