That's kind strange because I've read somewhere that if you the have girl or boy at LP level 6 or higher, that they would be in Alicia's "love radar" and Alicia would tell you that person likes you. Personally in my games Alicia did start telling me that the girls liked me when they had an LP level 6 in Gen 1, except Julia of course like Ryoma said. Right now in Gen 2 I have Cammy and Sera and Serena at LP level 6 and Alicia is telling me that they like me

I'm not surprised at all I actually expected it. Natsume is famous for it's glitches in Harvest Moon and I seem to remember in the English Version of HM FOMT, the priest Carter started speaking in German!!!

Maybe Alicia is working for the Sechs Empire! She is Lynette's long-lost sister, and she's taken her place in the empire!
Am I the only one who can't look at Alica without having Lynette popped into my head? They have the same eyes, haircolour, and they even seem to have the same smile for some reason... (If Lynette smiled haha)
