So I follow him in, but he's not there. So I walk bacl outside, and I see him walking towards the mansion again. This time, Herman, Rosalind, and Egan follow him, and walk in. I go in. No one. Walk back out, and they're all Right There. So, I wait a minute, to let them go inside, and as I go in behind them, I get locked out it's now 6oclock. *HEADDESK*
This happened to me too! I was doing Douglas' quest where you give the letter to Mana. It's like 4-5 and I have no idea where she is and I'm getting worried cause Alicia's not giving me a prediction and it's almost six and so I'm running around and I see her going to the item store with someone else, I forget who and I'm like "Mana!" and talk to her and I forget to give her the letter and she goes in and it's 6 and I'm like ahoughaoewh;gu I'll just wait and do it the next day. XD
In RF1, you were able to go into stores/houses before they opened and after they closed when you were friends with the owners. Will that happen in this game?
You know, the mansion isn't much of a mansion at all. Just a pretty-fied house.
^ If you have 4 or more FP with the store owners you can visit them past 6PM but I don't think you can go in before 9AM. ^^;
For instance, you don't see anyone opening any doors, they just walk right through it. O.O And people were freaking out about a ghost outside the clinic..? rofl XDD
And how your shipping bin is a magic shipping bin that just adds money into your pockets every 3PM and 5PM even if you're nowhere near it or don't see anybody taking stuff out. XD
And why does Ray like pink things..? (.__.) Pink Cat... Pink melon...

"Island of Happiness" has the same magic shipping bin. They say that Taro takes your stuff from the bin at 5 pm but you don't see him at your ranch. In RF2 you still can see Mana or Douglas around 3pm - 5pm

What is wrong with liking pink things? :/
Nothing is. xD It's just..well, if you read the description of pink melon..

He he...
Max is more pervy in the 2nd generation. Talk to him after contest (if you win) and you will see how nice he can be. I don't know what he says to Aaron, but he is very umm... "friendly" to Aria XD
Seriously, HOW DOES SHE GET TO BLESSIA ISLAND without the boat XDD. someone try answering that. Her kimono will drown her, hands down. Not to mention her skipjack and snapper sashimi will resurrect themselves and swim away in the deep blue ocean..
O.o and she's an asian with blue eyes. Not contacts, surely?

XD this thread is for mentioning odd things that don't quite make sense, so you don't have to reason everything out. But go ahead and reason about Yue :D
Let's see if we can explain some of the mysteries!
Let's assume that the reason people have suspicious hair and eye colours is just the world setting; we'll figure the rest out with logic and phyiscs.
1. Boat Mystery
The first question proposed in this thread was why the boat leaves town and Blessia heading eastwards, on close examination of the boat; I have determined that under the assumption that Blessia Island is east of Alvarna, Kyle would arrive on Alvarna with the... large... metal... thingee facing eastwards. Due to the boat's design, it is highly unpractical for Kyle to attempt to sail westwards with the boat's large metal thingee continuing to face east. The natural assumption is that Kyle leaves the island heading east, turns the boat around, returns to Alvarna after turning around but instead of heading straight to town, he chooses to enter the port slightly from the south in order to position the boat's metal thingee to face east for future conveniance of travel. (Or something.)
2. Yue's Sunshine Adventures to Blessia Island
To my knowledge, Yue doesn't appear anywhere on Alvarna on Tuesdays and just "starts off" at Blessia Island, given that she's a merchant, I believe that she's hitched a ride to Blessia from someone in another town (a sea-taxi if you will) and then returned to whatever city she sleeps in by another ride pre-determined with the taxi driver.
I don't have an excuse for her showing up on Blessia during Holidays... need to do more research.
3. Ray
I believe that Ray has homosexual tendancies resulting in his preferance of the colour pink, (not saying that pink is gay, I'm just sayin' that Ray has some other questionable habits and patterns too... I mean honestly, TWO ponytails?) my explanation for his potential marriage to Rosalind is simple, Rosalind is a commanding, ungrateful, sadistic, dominating, blue-haired, bi... iiiig meany who has turned Ray into her mas... tered husband. You know something's wrong with a girl who randomly calls you out and has you stay up for two nights straight just so she can make you swallow some weird pill.
Although I do love women with money.
4. Pink Vegetables
Given that in real life we can cross-breed vegetables, and in Rune Factory, Raguna could whip up drugs in his own home using orange grass an devil's blood, I don't think it's too unlikely that someone could've whipped up pink turnips with enough determination, love, big japanese cartoon eyes, and sweat.
5. One-Use Sleeping Bags
Given how few people actually travel, Douglas would lose a fortune if he sold sleeping bags that survived, they're probably designed to be « Puppy Doodoo » after you've spent a night in them... anyways, how safe is your sleeping bag when monsters could be roaming outside in the middle of nowhere, and fierce branchs are jumping out of the river and assaulting your fishing poles!?
6. School of Weapons
If Tanya walked into your hick school in a hick town with a hick government, demanding that children be taught proper use of arms; would you deny her? I mean, that woman with a wolf fang obsession who performs swords demonstrations in the woman's bath? Scary. Anyhow, I wouldn't want my children to not know how to swing giant buster swords in when monsters are living in the forest north of town.
7. Your mother hates you
Teenaged angst. I believe that during the time you don't play as your second generation character, your character was acting out like the angry dou...de he is (or the bi... got child she is), given that your mother is either a school teacher who handles other children, a maid who has to clean up the messes of a fat guy, a fortune teller with bad family relations, a merchant who's always out of town, a young woman who plays with dolls and doesn't know how to speak, or a rich girl who experiments with pills (see 3), I'd think she has more important things to do to keep the farm sustained (or otherwise just can't stand up to you in the case of Dorothy or just to entertain herself in the case of that rich bi...tty woman and the fake diviner) than to try and reason out with you
Yep, Doctor Professor Secret Agent Saberin solves another 7 mysteries using flawed, questionable logic.
