Did you remember to equip the Lightning Rook pin? You should've gotten it after the first time you fight Kitaniji. Even unmastered, LR can deal out the pwnage, which is why it's one of my favorite pins. Other than that, Velocity Attack really comes in handy in this fight, or Wolf if you have it. Also, are you utilizing your "fusions" for this battle? Since Neku is your only source of damage for this one, it's pretty much a mandatory part of the battle. If you don't know what I'm talking about, after you see a cut scene involving one of your partners, you'll need to press one of the directional keys (it'll show you which one on the top screen).

Honestly...? I had to consult a FAQ for the final four bosses (starting with Konishi, since I had NO « Snuggly Bunny » IDEA what I was supposed to do during the fourth stage of the battle). I used this one in case you're interested, since I wasn't as prone to spoilers at this point. With that, I think it took me only one try to beat Anguis and Draco Cantus (on easy mode, I believe). I went back later and defeated him on the remaining three modes.

I completed TWEWY. Finished everything. I defeated the noise in the concert hall in a snap. I usually just slash at them while randomly press the pad thing. works for me. All of the bosses were pretty easy for me. My hardest boss was probably Sho, though. The last dragon boss was so easy! I always replay him so i can watch the ending. My favorite characters are also Joshua and Sho. Especially Sho : D I want to glomp him. I guess I like Shiki, too. But I love Rhyme! I guess Beat is cool too....Neku can be awesome also...

I beat him on my first go, but I can't seem to win against the last bos person..dragin thing.
I die without having even gotten to the green. @_@

The hardest boss for me (aside from Pantera Cantus, the Another Day boss, on Hard/Ultimate, GAAAAAAAH) is actually berserk Kariya and Uzuki on Ultimate. That battle gave me no end of grief, since Yashiro was giving Beat a serious pounding.

On a side note, my inner TWEWY fangirl came out this weekend. I found a really awesome Beat cosplayer who even had Noise!Rhyme sewn to their shoulder; when I ran into them again I found out that they had a Kariya, Sho, AND 777 in their group. I didn't catch them at the TWEWY cosplay gathering the next morning, but I saw evilbishounen of cosplay.com as a really pwnsome Joshua. Immaculate seaming and stitching, accurate colors for both the pants and the shirt, a shirt that FIT RIGHT, accurate footwear, and a wig that was PERFECT color-wise (majorly trimmed Alice's Dream in 102 from Amphigory, if I'm not mistaken). I have found a new « Harvest Goddess ». :D

And did I mention that someone made Joshua's bunny parka? So cute. <3

I ship NekuxJosh and ShikixNeku. owo Both pairings are just so cute.

Though seeing when Neku admits to Shiki she was his entrance fee, it's made Neku/Shiki make sense.

TWEWY = Epic win

I beat it in like... 2 weeks because I couldn't put it down. I love beat, the gangsta. And he's so emotional it's awesome. Rhyme is like, the cutest kid ever. Neku is so emo. Shiki is so upbeat and awesome. and Joshua.... is amazing.

I <3 TWEWY. I need to play another day. :D

I don't know how I did it, but I totally beat it now. Another day has actually made me piss myself laughing at all their gay jokes.

All I can think of that I did differently in the battle was that I went out, raised by bravery to 110, and put Neku in an HP restoring dress. :/
That and just like, make sure I had okay-ish pins. :D

@Icewings: I missed most of the gathering, so I don't have pictures of bunny!Josh or the Kariya/Beat/Sho/777 group (except for Beat, who I caught in the hall and demanded a picture from), but I did nab the aforementioned Beat+noise!Rhyme picture, one of a different Beat and Rhyme, and the other Joshua I was talking to. If I did some digging, I'm sure I could find some pictures of them, though.

But in the mean time, I can't remember if I've linked to this or not. While the colors for their costume aren't exactly accurate (not nearly as much as evilbishounen's, at any rate), the pose is EPIC. « Mayor Thomas » BEAM FTW. <3
