Alright, you have to beat all the bosses and collect all the tablets on the four dungeons. When you do that, talk to barrett, go to the library, then examine the top-left bookshelf. Then build the 28th floor of the barn. Then go to Palermo temple, solve all the puzzles, and plant the required crops. Beat the boss, then collect the four other tablets by defeating the RF1 bosses on each dungeon. When you have all the tablets, talk to barrett again, examine the bookshelf, then voila, Kyle's back <XD
