You know, it might be helpful if you included some tips for the Fishing & Mining festival in this mini faq as well, since they're related to your lists.

Fishing Festival:
Sardine, size 16 cm (minimum) to win. Charge up rod. It's a lvl 4 sardine that sells for 80G. You can "cheat" by catching the fish ahead of time.

Mining Festival:
Ruby in Blessia Island. Go ahead and use one from your shelves if you have it stored. I suggest NOT charging up your hammer, since that seems to have adverse effects in this game O.o .. and save/reload, it's dependent on time.

Btw, Kupo. Might you know where the amethyst is -exactly- hidden in the Adventure Contest? >.< i dont know which part of Blessia island to look for it..Thanks.

You can also catch Salmon on that...screen where you're about to enter Messhina Valley with the save point and the waterfall...what was it called again?

EDIT: Found it! Messhina Valley - Fall Valley. That one should've been easy to remember *head/desk*
