Who do you think is the best monster to take with you to fight in the dungeons and say why.

Out of all the monsters that I have seen so far in the game, my favorite is the Necro monster. He's the one that looks like the grim reaper/ghost with the big scythe.
He's my favorite because of his life drain ability. When he hits another monster, some of the damage he causes will restore his hp. Also, before he attacks, he actually disappears from the screen, avoiding damage, and reappears behind the enemy and attacks them. Because of these two abilities, he hasn't died yet and most of the time, I would be the one who dies instead of him

Of the monsters I have, my favorite is my little sheep one. *name escapes me*
But I never bring it out to fight.
I am usually found running around with my wolf monster.
I always bring him to fight even though the leaping attack takes forever to actually happen. So he gets hurt a lot but never suffers too much damage.
In RF1 I caught on of the monsters from Toros, the one that looks like a teardrop and shoots water at you. The first time I went into Toros I got totally pwned by one of those, so I decided that I would tame one.
They also have a magic-thing where they replenish their own HP and it automatically replenishes yours. very handy. Don't leave home without it!

Definitely...Tundra I think. I thought he was the greatest cause he healed me. :]
In RF2 it's the Silver Wolf because I can ride him and he was also one of the better fighters. So far..

true that. in RF2 you actually notice the speed difference when you are riding on the wolf! I remember in RF1 getting on the wolf and being like, "this is pointless. He runs at the same speed that Raguna could run WITHOUT the wolf."
yep. Silver wolf is the best so far in RF2 though. The panther monsters are also pretty good.
I bring my Silver Wolf with me everywhere :3
In the morning when I'm harvesting my crops... to ward off monsters, and for quick transporation...
When I'm fishing/mining, for transport and to keep the monsters away as well. So he's very useful!

Hey, so do I! Although I get annoyed when I'm trying to harvest and a monster comes and attacks me because wolfie was a little too slow to fight him. :/ He is an excellent monster though, I don't know if I want to bother getting one that heals me later.

XD Yeah me too... and sometimes when I'm harvesting stuff he gets in my way T_T So I push him out of the way XD
Also we sould mention the names of all of our fave monsters! I named my wolf Spira. I don't know why D:
Abe. I start at the top of the alphabet and go down, helps me keep track of them. I actually have a Buffamoo named Abe, I'd forgotten I'd already had an Abe when I named it. XD
Most useful would be my silver wolf, but most favorite would have to be the Fairy found in Kasimir Ruins from RF1..it used cure every single second it got hurt, so i was constantly alive. XD i'd even get it poisoned on purpose so that it would keep healing me.. haha. And it has some pretty powerful wind attacks, too.
My names are pretty generic ._.
My cow (I don't care if it's a Buffamoo/Bufalo or whatever I like calling it a cow^^) is named Bess, my sheep is named Black and my cluckadoodle is named Trie. My cow in all HM games is always Bess... XD
My favorite monster is the Claw Dragon (That one in the game's cover).
It's just ridiculously powerful, and it never let me get damaged XD he'd shoot his fireballs from distance and kill everyone. That if I used Striking March, it killed everyone with one shot. Though, I forgot how I named it but it was something stupid XD
