Well, you message either moderators or Cherubae, however (no offence meant or anything - this is a very helpful topic and a good idea, especially for Sugoroku « new farmers » like me who have never played^^) usually topics only get stickied when they have tons of useful information ><. This information is very useful, but if we stickied topics with only info as specific as this we'd have 10 stickied topics. What I can do is make a section titled Sugoroku in the "RF2 Mini Guide" (link in my signature). This info will have a better chance to get stickied that way (I've messaged Cher about stickying the RF2 Mini Guide, and I'm fairly sure it will get accepted, though she hasn't responded yet). Of course you will get full credit for it.

No field is safe. That's why you should really only play after you've opened up the final boss and/or if you really don't care that much about your crops.

But yeah. Only play Sugoroku if you don't care about crops.
