Apologies if this has been asked before! I haven't seen this info in any guides I've looked through so far, so I wanted to make sure that by marrying one of the bachelorettes that has a rival suitor, the child they would have had doesn't appear in the second generation (ie. by marrying Rosalind, the twins she would have with Ray aren't there). I don't really care for any of the possible ladies without suitors (except maybe Yue), but I'm not it's worth losing out on some of the characters in the next gen.
it really doesnt matter who u marry because the all the children will still be born. the mothers will just be swapped. so u can def. marry whoever u want to. i asked the same question when i got the game too
