Poison powder - you must use the IW on the mushroom area (Triestle forest).
Gunpowder - no idea. I'm looking for it too.

Gunpowder? It's in the Valley, go up when you see the fencer. That area have the Orange Goblin and Black bird at daytime and Queen Bee at nighttime.

At Palermo Shrine.

There're two spot. One is at 1F, the center room have Demon monster (I think the searching spot is at north east), and one is at 2F, the room have Dragon and Monster Box (Mimic), at back of left statue.

I believe it was Golden Pumpkin. Anyways, you can find it via inquisitive waltz after you defeat the monsters at Palermo Shrine-Refreshing Summer. Thanks Deviruu for the info <3

In Palermo Temple. Where you have to plant crops. You'll need to use IW. If it's cabbage you're looking for, I think it'll be in the Spring corridor.
