What weapon should I us against the second boss.

I used the Long Sword probably at lvl 25-ish.

Any others you might recommend.

Nope, because that's the only other sword apart from the short sword (Which I sold) one that I've brought :3 Lol, but I'm still using that sword at MT Gigant so I think you should be fine with it.

The first boss is tough, but I personally think Misty Bloom's mermaid boss (Siren? Undine?) is the worst, due to the fact that she can summon monsters and is underwater most of the time.

I use.... A short sword <XD I never use any of those battle axes and hammers, since they're.... Too confusing <XD I either go for a shortsword or a long sword, since they're easy to handle, and easy on the eyes (The defender is nice too, but its too... Flashy <XD And big O__O

If you can forge alrady, I would really recommend the star saber. It has a 5-Combo swing, plus its very fast~

One of the best weapons you can go with is the luck blade. It's easy to forge and does respectable damage, even late in the game.
