In menisha valley. There is a stream there, you can find salmon, but they are pretty rare. You can also get chub there.

You can try Messhina Valley - Bridge To Shrine, Messhina Valley - Path to Mountain, and Messhina Valley - Serene Garden. Those are the places I found salmon.

Just be patient. Salmon does seem to be a little bit hard to find. I kept getting a ton of chub and masu trout before I caught one.

You can get it in Blessia Island too (For Leonal's request) I just fished at the part just above South Beach.

I'd also suggest saving before heading in. That way you can go in, try to find it, and if it gets late and you haven't found it, just restart.

Depends on how patient you are. XD I just fish till my bag's full or I'm near low HP or something and then I'm like "oh, well, no salmon, so no salmon for Rosalind!" and repeat the next day. Sadly, it's all Masu Trout and Chub, her quest has been up there for near a month now. No wonder she won't like me.

It's hard to find, just keep trying.
