Heheh, so we all should just bring Douglas AND Mana with us.

I remember how the first time one of those earthquakes hit in 1st gen, I thought, "But I thought I didn't have a rival for Mana..." Obviously, I had beleived someone was talking sweet to her and Douglas overheard.

But, Gordon for sure. He beat up a dragon. And I'm sure, if prompted enough, he'd fight again, regardless of his manly priest robe.

i'd take barrett, MAYBE he will be useful
but
if he even need us to run his errand, with BUSY reason, would he be useful in battle...? (maybe he isn't busy, he's lazy)
but he's not that annoying on 2nd gen, he's nice
jake may be useful, but, he will say "tch! humans are weak, and i guess you're no differet. help ya in a battle? in your dream, human" if we asked him.
