What does Tanya sell 2nd gen? Does she still have the basic weaponry, such as spear, broadsword, battle-axe, etc.? What kind of shields? Thanks

It depends on the season, and how many bosses youve beet.

You will always have the two basic types of each weapon.
Then for every boss youve beaten there will be another weapon in the catagory of whatever season youre in.

Spring = Shortswords

Summer = Longswords

Fall = Spears

And winter = Hammers + Axes

for example, having beaten all 4 bosses (the last on doesn't count) you can buy 5-7 (not sure) Shortswords in spring, while still two in all the other catagories. Then in summer you can buy a ton of different Longswords.

For accessories and shields, It just depends on how many bosses youve beaten.

How hard/easy is it to mine gold in 2nd gen? With what hammer?

I only recently learn't about the hammer thing.....
But I am really unlucky :D
I had three piles of tin when I didn't need it, but when I do I can't find any D:

From the extremely limited amount of mining I've done in 2nd Gen (only in Trieste and only once or twice) I realized mining is pretty much the same in terms of ore rarity, though there are lots more mining rocks (one map in Trieste has like 10+... all in one map!). I'll have to keep doing research.

You also can't get to certain areas, like Padova and Messhina, in the beginning of 2nd gen because you're simply not strong enough since their levels increase by...a lot. So you won't have easy access to Diamonds, Silver, Sapphire, and some of the Crystals because they're in places like Padova and Messhina. Even Blessia may be a little too hard until you've leveled up and beaten Trieste.

Well, you can go there, but you may not be able to survive AND mine.

This is why I wished I had stocked up on gems in 1st gen, I was able to get to all these places and not worry.


Anyways, I didn't know this about her inventory. I realized it grew from 1st gen, but I didn't know about the season stuff or that bosses affected what sold, thanks for answering this.

Well, how easy is it for you to mine platinum & gold now that you're stronger? (im assuming)

Also, i have 9 of each gem and 18 of each ore stocked up in my shelf from 1st gen, so i'm not worrying XP

I haven't found either yet. XD I use mostly my Silver Hammer, not the battle hammer stuff, so maybe that's it. I also don't do intensive mining either. I only really mine when I'm all of a sudden "need forge need materials need mine" so go figure.

I'm not really the person to talk to about serious mining, though. XD

Why'd the developers have to give the battle hammer and normal MINING hammer different attributes? I swear, it's impossible to mine gold with the regular hammer. -_-

Really? I'm in second gen and I can never find gold with my battle hammer... All my battle hammer finds is iron and scrap iron...I can only find it, without charing, using my regular silver hammer. Weird.

I have a platinum hammer, and I tell you I get gold only in padova, and meshina
But I seem to find alot more ore with the Gravit Hammer (best you can buy from tanya :D). Gold and platinum are never really the problem for me.... You get too much platinum in palermo :D
