You can kill the bosses from rf1 i think. I don't know exactly how though...

Anyways, you can now re-fight all the bosses you defeated - by completing Tanya's quests, and... basically everything you were doing before, get the best weapons and the best everything if you're that kind of person... HM is all about completion.^^

Ahh, the shrines. You can go there and look at the inscription. I don't think you have to do anything before that... Anyway, you then must defeat a glowing orb in 7-10 diff rooms. When you do that, you reach the boss of the shrine.

When you defeat all four shrines you beat the game, and if you don't care about spoilers
