I only know a few; the troll monsters break stones, the bird monsters will do logging, the goblin pirate at Blessia will water for you, and some other kind of goblin or orc will harvest for you. They only do it on your field, not the dungeons.
Why not just plow all the fields in the dungeons? You can plant tons of crops that way, plus you never need to worry about getting rid of stones, grass, stumps, logs, etc. You can buy grass at the Pharmacy so there's no reason to keep fields open for grass to appear. Except Bamboo Sprouts which you should collect on your field in Spring.^^

If you plow them all, how will you get more wood then your farm?
Oh, is it the black birds or the magenta ones that do logging?
Are those logs added to your storage or are they just destroyed?
I haven't tried getting these working monsters yet.. only the watering and harvesting ones, because I'm still rather low level and the trolls keep killing me. hahaha

Actually I got all Wood I need from first gen and quests, so I never check to see if they go to Storagehouse or just destroyed.
So you don't need to worry to. Just do some quests.
