When you have her at 10 LP and FP and have done her last requst,
she should have given you a YUE SWAP TICKET. Equip it and give it to her.
Then select ''I came to exchange it for you, Yue...''
And you'll be all set ^__^

^^ Exactly. Yue likes Aquamarine (you can find her other favourite gifts in the RF2 Mini Guide, it's stickied or there's a link in my signature). Talk to her daily and on festivals and she'll be at 10LP in no time.^^

She likes Daikon Radishes as well. To raise her LP/FP, try buying an item from her daily.

Um, no, Yue most definitely does not like scrap iron. XD Who would?
Her items are aquamarine and daikon radish, and her birthday is spring 9th.
