About a week ago, I was throwing away a scrap iron in The Mansion, and Cecilia got in the way, so I gave it to her. She loved it, as much as she would usually like apples and aquamarine. I thought that was weird so I saved and did some research. It turns out half of the people in the game love this stuff, and the only person that dislikes it is Max. Here's a list of the people that like scrap iron:

Cammy
Cecilia
Egan
Roy
Byron
Ray
Tanya
Yue
Dorothy
Julia

This would be really useful if you are wooing a girl.

Are you sure they love it, or maybe it's just a neutral reaction...? I don't distrust your findings, but it'd be really odd if half the people in the game liked one of the most easy to obtain items... what exactly was their response? Because Cecilia is neutral with apples and aquamarine too, so if she gave the same response as those two items it would mean that she's just neutral with scrap iron. Cecilia likes all the gems except Aquamarine (that's Yue) and Tanya likes apples.

Most of them had that "thank-you" sound when I gave it to them. Although, I'm not entirely sure. Ray, for instance, was like "For me? Really?" It might have been neutral, or not, but I'm not really sure...

Yup, that's Ray's neutral reaction. I was confused too, because when you give them a neutral gift most of them still say thank you. But that's only because it is, after all, still a gift - it doesn't mean it's their favourite though. This is kinda confusing to me... I actually think neutral gifts raise FP, by very small amounts, because they still appreciate it. But it's by very small amounts, if at all. Still, good work on the research, it must have taken lots of effort, so great job on that.

Okay, I'm redoing it. I think I'll edit it later. Thanks for the advice. :D
