how can i get strong vine? and palermo temple has a glitch?

i need strong vine, and no matter how much i search in blessia island, i only find medicinal herbs, grasses and weeds -.- is there a special monster that makes the chance of getting a strong vine bigger?
and i heard something about a palermo temple glitch (actually, two glitchs), one stop the time and the other blocks you to access some room, am i right? and if so, could someone explain these glithces to me?

i also heard that has a couple of glitches that can make you loose your game ._. is it true?

Try using Inquisitive Waltz at Blessia Island - Center. There may be a higher chance of getting it in that map. Doesn't matter what monster you use or what FP they are at.
I'm not at Palermo yet, so can't help you there. As for the losing your game glitches...? There's always a risk if your DS messes up or something and the file corrupts, but I haven't heard of any glitches like that where it's game-related.

i saw it (loosing game glithces) in the complete walkthrough, i'll copy here:
Cannot progress glitch 1 (Lithograph glitch):
- In the Child’s Story, when you meets the requirement that is Lithography collection, a glitch not advanced by the event.
- Notes it 100% because the glitch of the checkmate it happens in the last stage and it is very easy to generate.
- At present, the condition:
After defeating the boss, defeat other bosses without talking to Barret.
After finished collecting all Lithographs, and finished collect Lithograph of other dungeons without talking to Barret.
- That means after defeat a Boss or collects all Lithographs in a Dungeon, you need talk with Barret before defeat next Boss or collect Lithograph in next Dungeon.
Cannot progress glitch 1 (Door glitch):
- In the Palermo Temple, glitch that the door at 1F北の間 doesn't open.
- Naturally, it is not possible to clear the final boss is ahead of that.
- Probably because of the cue type Fragment, with the device that exist in 『B1F 大広間』.
- Glitch that event afterwards doesn't function if it is not checked that door of 『B1F 北の間』 doesn't open first.
- As a symptom 『The door doesn't start though in 1F大広間 is neatly seen』.

My game version is english, and i not open palermo temple too, but i'm afraid of losing my game because these glitches, and i didn't understand very good this text...

Just ignore the Palermo glitch. From what I know, someone can't open the last door at Palermo Shrine because they don't check the switches at center room (1F). But even if I don't check it, I still can open the last door. Maybe it's just a random glitch. 
And you can check the swithes at center room anytime, so don't worry about it.
Almost forgot, are you sure to check right spot? The Strong Vine often come out at area 3 (check the map in walkthrough), south-west corner. Try to save with the Save point at area 4. The rate is 20% or something like that.
