In the summer you can catch lobster in the Alverna Pond though the rate of garbage to fish is very high and you need to be patient. I'm sure there is a better place for lobster I haven't explored much in Gen 2. As for the other 2 I'm not sure - I didn't realise there was a Rainbow Salmon.
