On the island or in the forest in rune factory 2 there are those gates do you know how to get passed them? and those tiki satues too?

You can only access them during the second generation. You have to complete specific requirements for you to get past them.

Second generation is when you play as your child.

You basically move on to play as your kid.

Requirements

The requirements you need to fulfill before advancing to second generation are...

• Marriage.
  15 days after marriage, you will have a child.
  10 days after marriage you will be able to "wish" for what gender your baby will be (this means you can choose). Pick carefully - the gender you choose will be the character you play as in 2nd gen.
  When you have your child you will be asked to build a school. Talk to the mayor - the school requires 100,000 G and 1,000 Wood to build.
  After 10 days the school will be completed. Walk up to it (AFTER 12 AM! There is a huge storm that will destroy all your crops - however if you sleep after 12 AM your dungeon crops will be saved. Your farm will be destroyed though, no way around that), and you will start second generation.

You can get through the gates as a 2nd Gen, but you require some requirements(lol) to get past the tiki statues
