Ok, I haven't played my DS in ages, and my cousin wanted to know where to go to request having a barn built in RF2.....Well, I thought it would be easy to find out for her. No such luck for my ignorance OwO *has searched around town already* So, now that's she's proposed the question....where do you request a barn to be built? [/pure stupidity] I really need to start playing again....

You need to talk to Byron (the mayor) while he's at his house. His house is at the far left of Alvarna - West End. He's there from like 9:00 - 6:00 except, I think rarely he goes down by the port or by the fountain, but not very often, he's usually in his often.
I think you need to have the petting glove or other animal tool before you ask him. The only reason I say this is I asked Byron when he was on the first floor and the option didn't come up until I had received one of these items.
^^ That might be true. In fact it probably is because I think there was some kind of similar situation in RF1, and I remember getting all the tools and then the barn so I wouldn't have remembered it.
