Why don't you just buy one from Yue? If it doesn't win just reload, buy again and try again. I think if you keep trying this way you can win sometimes.

i heard that this tip doesn't work, because the seafood pizza need to be at least level 5 for you to win, and i'm in the contest day, so yue isn't selling anything...

No, unfortunately the Seafood Pizza must be level 5 to win; Yue's seafood pizza is just level 1. Or maybe it's two, it escapes me right now; either way it won't win you the competition =( The cooking festival is actually incredibly difficult to win. .___. I liked the difficulty of most festivals in 2nd Gen but the cooking festival is too difficult.

Even if you do it next year the prize will still be the special weapon... and I'm pretty sure you'll get that for first prize even if it's your second time winning, not sure about the second part though...
