Do you have Kathy? I don't think those show up until Kathy returns to the bar (after you unlock the Brownie Ranch District).
I think this one is right. I've been looking around on other forums and the only mention I found was that someone referred to rice and coconut cocktails as the removed menu items that kathy was referring to when you first encounter her in the town hall in the first few days of the game.
the Brownie ranch is unlocked, i'm in fall season and during the spring and summer some shops have expanded like souffle farm and general store but the Sundae Inn and Bar still the same, i really don't know if these stores can be expand
Find it by yourself. You can use 1-4 fish to cook good herb fish. If you use Mahi-Mahi, you will need 1 only. But if it's Prawn, you will need to use 2-3 fishes. So, good luck :D

I'm pretty sure when you visit Toucan Island for the first time those will appear.

You may also need Chase. I don't pay much attention to the menu at the Inn, but I know you usually get a letter when a shop upgrades to the last level - and Maya sends you a letter when Chase arrives. But it seems you need that first rainbow either way.
