During Skye's purple heart event can it be snowing?

I suppose that snowing is equivalent to raining. So you might trigger Skye's purple heart event.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

No actually they're not the same thing.
I tried to activate Muffy and Griffin's last heart event while it was snowing and it didn't work. Come spring however, while it was raining, the event worked.
But try anyway. Who knows, maybe it was just my game.

What game were you playing? Ds or Cute? o3o Cute actually changed a few minor things from ds.
