My dad has a TV Tuner and he says that he will give it to me but i don't have a laptop so what should i do? does it work with a normal computer?

Most TV capture cards/tuner works with desktop but just a TV tuner might be enough, it need to have video input of some sort so you can play your wii with the video showing on your computer screen
