Most TV capture cards/tuner works with desktop but just a TV tuner might be enough, it need to have video input of some sort so you can play your wii with the video showing on your computer screen

he does ask that questions and you have to answer yes or no, but he also says other things like he only tell other his name to show love etc etc, I don't remember the exact words XD
