I´ve a question...I don´t know how I can ride my horse

That's the thing. You can't.

I guess since you have those speed shoes, they don't find it necessary to actually be able to ride your horse. The only time you can control or "ride" your horse is at the horse festival. And then you still don't ride it on horseback. You use a sled.
