- First, write a letter stating that you have sent back the glitched copy of Tree of Tranquility, and you would like them to send back the new, unglitched version.
- Get your game, registration card, and game pamphlet all together and put them neatly in the game box.
- Head to the post office and get a special envelope that will fit all this stuff in it. Fill out your address on the top left corner of it. Fill out Natsume's address on the center of it. DON'T seal it. Let the mail people seal it and see what's in it.
- Here is Natsume's address: Natsume inc.
1818 Gilbreth road, suite 229
Burlingame, California 94010
- Go to the front desk, get it's postage paid, ask for a tracking number (it's cheap and it will tell you when your mail arrives to Natsume), and you're done!

I am a touch curious. Is there any way to tell now-a-days if the used copy you are buying is Calvin glitched? You know, like checking for an old code on the back of the box.
I know I could just buy a new copy and avoid the problem most likely, but I am really wondering about this. Especially in the case that there are some old copies still wrapped in the store.
Also, mallard ducks you say? Huzzah, green and brown.
Ah well, it was on the front page as a difference so that is why I said it myself.
I'm not really bummed out by it, I do enjoy my white duck just as much.
Does anyone know roughly how much it costs to send it out? I can't imagine it being more than $10, but I'm a little low on funds and I was just curious. I live very close to California (I'm on the west coast), if that helps at all. I'm just looking for an estimate.
I'm curious, too, whether there's a way to tell, like the serial number on HMDS with the Witch Princess glitch. I may have thrown away my registration card, and I haven't seen the instruction booklet since someone borrowed my game, so I may not be able to get a new copy.
It cost me $4 and I'm in midwest U.S.
You can tell if it's glitched if it has those weird %@ typos on the start screen, like where it talks about tracking people.
I haven't got mine back yet and U.S. Postal Service said it arrived on June 1st. I sent it May 29. I am really sad. I think it may have got lost in the mail or Natsume decided not to send me a copy even though I did everything right. It's been 8 days and it says 6-9. I'll wait a little longer before I call then I guess.

Could we just go there directly?
And could someone describe in more detail how mailing in money for a new copy works? o-o
You don't actually mail any money. You just have to pay for the postage to have the package containing your game to be sent in. Natsume pays for it to be sent back. Basically, Natsume just gives you a newer copy in exchange for selling a broken one to you.
You just need to have everything from when you bought the game; disk, box, booklet. You also need a to leave a note explaining what's exactly wrong with your game. (In this case, the Calvin glitch.)
I only have the disk and a crappy rent box, so I'm out of the service for buying my copy used. *angry*
