I think the glitched game isn't selling anymore, they probably replaced all the store ones with non glitched one.

I'm so excited; I emailed Natsume and they are still doing the disc exchange so on Monday I'm dropping my game off at the post office for a non glitched version! I mean Calvin isn't even super high on my list, but I want an unglitched game!!!

Plus now that I've read all this info on him I just have to marry him.

Once I get AP, I might just send for the unglitched ToT. We'll see.

I have a question if you send glitch to exchange unglitch one. do they send you brand new in original unopen box one or used open box. I was worried about that because I don't want to get scratch disc or open box.

I haven't gotten mine back yet but I'd assume a new one. I mean technically I don't think in most cases Natsume would have used discs, except the bad ones that are returned, because they give the cases to amazon and gamestop and the like, and when you send used games back THOSE stores get them, not natsume.

But I could be totally wrong. They said it would take like a week, possibly less, so I'll let you know once I get mine.

He is a explorer in ToT who ended up being glitched and was not able to be married. Luckily the glitch was fixed and etc..

Someone asked how the game is returned to you. I JUST got mine and figured I'd tell you now.

It arrived in a small bubble-wrap package, and the game came back in the ToT case I sent it in, with a little new registration card slipped in. (I also got a little sticker that said "10th Anniversary Harvest Moon.")

I don't have the original box, since my copy was used when I bought it. It's in a Gamestop case.
What do I do? I wanna send in mine.

If you are unsure, email Natsume and ask them. My game was a used copy, too, but it still had a Tree of Tranquilty case. I know it came back in a different case, though, because it didn't have the used sticker anymore when I got it back.

You're supposed to send in the disc, the case, and the registration card. It seems like I remember someone else being upset that she couldn't get an unglitched copy because she didn't have the case. So like the previous poster said, contact Natsume before you send the disc off. They may not return it if you send it in and it's not right.

Is there a way to tell if your game is glitched or not? Without actually triggering the 5 heart event? I got mine used so... yeah.
