I've looked every where around the Mountain road, but can't find it. please help

Do you mean the spot where you can look at constellations?

I saw a post about it, I forget where and whose it was and my recollection is hazy at best XD But I think you go to the top of the mountain, and then... there's a patch of flowers to the left and then there's a strange spot to the right... and the strange spot is the stargazing area? And, if you go during the right time and season you'll see a constellation (check syvle's guide) and you can report back to Cinnamon for bonus LP. And then have an event with the corresponding girl (each constellation has a different bachelorette).

Like where do you go on the mountain road

Mountain road is west of south town. From there it's a straight shot until you hit the fork. The left branch is the observatory, as Kupo said.

ok thanks. I'm in summer and saw the buffamooo constilation.I heard someyhing is supose to happen with annete. I talked to her and nothing happened. did i do something wrong?
