Looking around at different sites, it looks like the DSi Shop will open on April 5th, along with the DSi. I didn't find a place where it says for sure. *looks for info on nintendo.com* Can't find it on the Nintendo website.

I'm getting it this Sunday Morning(4/5/2009) I have mine fully paid for, I Pre-Ordered the Light Blue One!!!

I want some one to come and erase this topic, I had a gamboy and i bought the color for Color. I had a GBA and i bought the SP for a backlight. I had the 360, i bought the elite. I have a DS and « Harvest Goddess » darnit im buying the DSi! When they make the Wii 2 with HD graphics i will buy it.

the DSi makes me cry

i was so excited when i heard a new system was released from nintendo but then i looked it up and a little piece of me died inside.

a have a camera and an ipod, and i really only play GBA games on my DS, so its like taking 200 bucks and burning it really.

I think they should make a DS that can handle DS, GBA and GBC games, because if the slot in the GBA could play GBC games then the DS should be able to too. I think more people would buy that. Imagine playing the old pokemon games on an pretty lcd screen

I got my DSi today, and I love it.
The WarioWare game I downloaded for it is super fun.

i'm undecided on weather i want to get one or not $180 is a LOT of money, but i think i'm just into the idea of having one. i think i'm just going to wait a while (lowered prices, discounts, etc.) maybe until the end of summer or if something happens to my lite (hopefully not).

I may buy one (once my Lite dies), but I'm going to buy an iPod Touch first. Although it does sound pretty spiffy...

i got mine too :3 i love it!! although i can find my wifi adapter so now i have to wait to go to a coffee shop to use their free wifi so i can download the free 1000 dsi points and get some minigames D:

the voice recorder is funtimes and so is the cameras...its fun to mess with the pictures. plus, it displays them on the top screen for your viewing pleasure

i think it was worth the money imo.

Now that I have it... I think it sucks... It won't let me go on Wi-Fi to check my global trading thingy.(in Pokemon Platinum)

Eh, I don't think I'll get one. The no backwards compatibility irks me. >_> I really stopped using portable game systems a few years ago, so I don't even have any of the DSes. If I do get a new game system, it'll probably be a 360... Then again, since the DSi came out, the DS lite prices are probably going to drop, so I'll see.

I want to get one, but my mom just bought me a new DS lite for Christmas >_>

Maybe when my current DS dies, then I'll get one...Because I can still play GBA anytime, since I still have mine.

I still have the really old chunky silver (( Which I decorated with 5 gum wrappers :D )) one from four years ago. But it still works and that's all that really matters. I'm happy as long as it can play my games.

Of course the next features are nice, but no GBA slot? I don't want to have to carry my DS AND my GBA to play games. ^^;
