Anette gives you Fruit Sub and Bamboo Rice, both of which don't replenish nearly as much RP as Selphy's Sandwich and Curry Bread, but idk about the HP.
And yeah, sometimes when you go home in the evening-ish, she will offer you a massage. You don't see anything. The screen just fades and comes back quickly and Raguna says "That feels great."
XD sorry, didn't want to spoil any dialogue.
Well, it may not have been exactly that, but something along those lines.

Major problem! I need Noel Grass to upgrade my fishing pole to the final form, but when I plant it, it keeps disappearing after about 4-5 days. All of my areas are in prosperity (sans my grass factory), the land is still tilled (no storms), the plants around them keep growing just fine, and this has happened both when I tried to grow it in autumn in my field and when I tried to grow it on Whale Island. Has anyone else had this problem...? I mean, it IS an autumn flower, isn't it? And even if it wasn't, why would it disappear on WI?
Are you sure it disappeared? I had this "problem" too. After a few days the plant looks almost invisible, but it's actually still there. Try using a hammer on the spot you planted the seeds. If the land doesn't gets untilled (is that a word?), it means the plant is still there. Just wait until it grows bigger.

Ooh, those tricky designers! Yes, that's exactly what my problem was! Hahaha - and to think that I kept buying more and more seeds hoping that eventually one would work. A good 30k down the drain there. xD But thank you so, so much! I never would have guessed to try the hammer to figure out whether or not the seeds were still there! Sheesh... what were they thinking making the first stage of the sprout blend in perfectly with the ground?!SinReVi wrote:Are you sure it disappeared? I had this "problem" too. That's very interesting, good thing that was pointed out or else I would of been confused myself.
Tonight I fooled around and decided to see four of the girl's weddings(Tabatha, Annette, Cinnamon and Lara's)
I crossed out Tabatha, Cinnamon, and Lara off my to marry list.
Tabatha- She almost won me over, her love for you is amazing and the whole scene with her and Bianca about marrying you is really touching. But the drawback of marrying her is..I don't like my wife acting like I'm her master. Besides that, Tabatha is probably one of the best, and also I found getting her relationship up really easy and I'm considering more of the girls who are harder to get up in LP.
Cinnamon- Her scene was nice but she's just too quite for me. Yet I do find it funny how she says "Here's your lunch. Eat it." >_> Yes dear, I just don't want to see a wife who says simple sentences to me everyday. Gives me a Harvest Moon vibe..
Lara- To be honest I don't know why I don't want to marry Lara. I think her scene was just so simple that it made me go "Eh" and nothing else.
Now Anette almost made the list as well because her scene and everything felt very alright and nothing more too me. But her as a wife is actually a bit more realistic, not only does she have a job but she loves kids a lot. She's basically the perfect wife on the game next to Tabatha from what I can tell. Yet.. even when I'm deciding something tells me I'm going to run to Mist at the last second >_>. If I know myself now it's going to be Mist, Iris, Annette, or Selphy.
Fun Fact: Danny has a crush on Annette and gets sad that you marry her, and Eric has a crush on Lara and gets ticked off at you if you marry her. Really...these pairings make no sense too me at all. You would think Eric liked Annette and Danny liked Rossetta or something.

How interesting! Yeah, that's the reason I would never marry Tabatha, too. I like Cinnamon though... but she is pretty quiet. Do you think you'll test-marry the other girls? I'd love to hear your opinions on the rest of them after marriage.Blue wrote:Tonight I fooled around and decided to see four of the girl's weddings(Tabatha, Annette, Cinnamon and Lara's)

@ Whirly: I've only played RFF, and I don't know where exactly it lies in the storyline, but it seems like practically everyone thinks that the original RF is the least interesting, and most people agree that RFF is better than RF2 as well.
RFF in terms of the first RF is after Raguna meets everyone in Kardia, but doesn't marry anyone. Between the two, RFF has a better developed storyline because it involves the characters much more than the 1st one. And speaking of characters, they are definitely not as flat and bland as many were in the 1st since there are more events and dialogue.Whirlybat wrote:So where does RFF lie in the RF storyline?
And would you consider it better than the first RF, because that's the only one I've played and I didn't like it much.

Anette is pretty awesome already. Hearing that she is good after marriage makes me want to marry her more.
I did a test marriage with Melody and she's alright. I mean what else can she say when she was bath obsessed, other than making cute comments and blushing when you talk to her.
I want to see what Mist says after marriage. Especially since she was my first choice when I started the game. Hopefully it's not too too weird =s
And wow I never knew Erik had a thing for Lara haha.. He seemed like he wanted to impress all of them xD.
Of course, I'm marrying all of them before I make a absolute choice, I just have issues with always marrying the main heroine. Yet I'm hoping I will do something different this time around but I don't know yet.Maki Zushi wrote:How interesting! Yeah, that's the reason I would never marry Tabatha, too. .
And as for Cinnamon, the proposal and everything was not bad at all, if you want to marry her you should at least see it. She's very amazed you would even marry her because of the way she is. xD
Oh yeah and to add Selphy's wedding since I never mentioned that one..
Selphy- I really like the proposal, marriage, and the way she acts too you as a wife. Maybe I'm just more of a fan of the goofy girls? You can tell she really cares, and before marrying her I thought she was just going to be all about books when you marry her still, but she's not. She keeps her funny personality but she really tries to be your wife, it really surprised me what development she had.
EDIT: Melody- Eh...I'm going to say no on Melody. She's a good wife and I can see why people like her, but she's going up against Selphy, Annette, Iris, and Mist who I like a lot more so..heh. The wedding was nice though and she's not all about baths when you marry her.
Oh yeah and I was curious for anybody, is there any other quick way to get Uzuki's LP ups? Or is the golden hairpin really my only option? >_> Sticking with fish got me 5LP in a year so..
Bonus LP for Uzuki is beating the bosses. Also make sure that when you give the gifts, you give the most favorite and the like item because both still give LP even on the same day.
You know the event movies that are stored under memories? It sucks how you can't get all of them unless you restart the game for each one =s...

Looks like you did not fully read my post :/ I asked if there was a item that helped a bit more than the golden hairpin because it's a pain to make. >_> You know what better question, how do you grow phantom crops? =DWheejee wrote:Bonus LP for Uzuki is beating the bosses. EDIT: Never mind I found my answer. =D Maybe the golden hairpin won't be a killer to make after all. >_>

I found that the golden hairpin is really easy to make except that you need a turtle shell, which can only be found in WI drain, and it's a pretty rare drop. Fish fossils aren't super easy to come by, either. So what I did was on every rainy day, I went to the poisonous swamp and drain areas of WI and just item farmed. It works pretty well, but is time-consuming. In my next play-through, I'm just not going to bother with Uzuki.Blue wrote: EDIT: Never mind I found my answer. =D Maybe the golden hairpin won't be a killer to make after all. >_>
That's interesting! Thanks for the info! =D I'm in spring so I can probably get the extra hard work of getting the shell and fossils early.Maki Zushi wrote:I found that the golden hairpin is really easy to make except that you need a turtle shell, which can only be found in WI drain, and it's a pretty rare drop. So I just tried fighting the ice snake, and got beaten to an absolute pulp. What level would you guys recommend? I'm lv. 78, with: smash blade, whale hat, rosario, black cape (but I also have a corsage, if that would work better), and a diamond ring. I know about the magic method, but I hear that it takes forever irl, so I'd really like to try to bet it the old-fashioned way. ^_^ Would a rune blade work better, maybe? And is the ice snake easier or harder to beat than the WI squid? 'Cause if it's harder, I may go after the squid first...
