Um, does anyone know where to get some silver?
I'm only up to Lava Ruins atm [winter too. yeah I suck. xD] and haven't explored much, but I can't seem to find any, when I find sapphire and diamonds everywhere x__o

Silver can't be found until B3F and below in the lava ruins, I believe. ^^

So after twenty billion tries I finally got Bianca's food festival finished. ..And all I get is some food that I end up eating after a trip of farming items. It's a bit ironic but the food in the contest that I had trouble with the most was fish, 50% of the time I would screw up on that. But somehow I pulled through with twenty points >_>. Oh and I finally got my four leaf clover from Stella so I'm almost ready to get my black cape, and my whale hat is not too far behind.

After that, ice snake here I come..

Congrats! I just beat the ice snake today, myself. ^^ Which brings up my question... Is the library supposed to unlock new books after I beat each boss? 1/5 of the books on the shelves are still unavailable. Do I need to get married and have child or max out my levels in all the skills, or what? Idk why having unreadable library books bugs me so much, but it's driving me crazy!

Getting married and having a kid unlocks a few books as well if I remember correctly, and of course any time. I'm probably going to get married in the end of Summer, after I max out Iris's hearts out and what not. I'm probably not going for Mist now though xD, her hearts go up a bit to slow and I've been thinking between more of Selphy, Annette, and Iris now. But eh.. I always come running back..

By the way Maki, for the lamp grass for the Whale hat, what plant growth item did you use to make it grow faster? =D

I just married Eunice a while ago :D
So I have a question. I kind of don't want to her to get pregnant 30 days after we got married because that would spoil a lot of fun for me and make the game get boring super fast. So, I didn't buy the baby bed yet and don't intend to until I want a baby.
My question is, lets say 30 days after our wedding has gone by and I still haven't bought the bed. Whenever I do buy the bed, will Eunice get pregnant like the day after, since 30 days after marriage would have already passed?

From what I can tell, yep. Also trust me, the game will get boring if you wait longer for your child to grow, your child takes a long year to grow up, but it's all your choice of course.

I think now I'm going to get married in Fall, I should be able to have Uzuki, Bianca, Mist, and the two Iris all done by that amount of time. And then I can finally decide. >_>

I don't know whether anyone else has asked this question because 76 pages is a little too much to read through. I need serious help with the Snow Ruins. I have a couple questions about it.
1) What level should I be at to navigate through it? I'm currently at lvl 42.
2) What weapons? The weapons that I have are the Aquasword, Hell Branch, Fire Rod, and Flame Saber. I've heard that the Shine Blade is good to start with. Is that a 2 handed sword?
3) What kind of armor? I have no good armor. All I have equipped to me right now is a cheap band. I know, it's awful, but I'm a very slow player. I just got into these ruins today and I'm at the end of Autumn in the 5th year. Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

1) I was level 40 so your level is fine.
2)I used a 1h sword, just use a sword or weapon that's in your liking with a high level attack. Personally I think it's cooler to use high attack weapons that we like more, but yeah Shine Blade is good from what I hear.
3) Wool hat, dew pendant, and some kind of cape(I used wind)
