So, I got the white rose from Ganesha and planted the seeds in the lava ruins. Later I talked to the Iris Noire and she said that it turns blue from moonlight. Does that mean I will have to re-plant them somewhere outside a dungeon?

No, if I remember correctly you leave them for 2-3 days (water them just in case but I don't think you need to) and then they become blue roses.

Kay, I'm still in dire need of help with Lava Ruins. On the second floor, I finally found the door that leads to the staircase to the third floor. However, when I reached the third floor, there was just a bunch of wood and junk in between the monsters and myself, thus causing a block and not allowing me to actually explore the third floor.
My question is, how do I really get to the third floor? I think I missed the real staircase elsewhere on the second floor.

Also if someone could be so kind..I know it's a long process but...then from the third floor would somebody be able to tell me how to get to the boss room?
And finally, what level do you recommend me to be to fight this boss? Any armor/weapons/food suggestions that I should take along with me for the fight?

Haha, has anyone tried snooping around Kross's house while he is inside? I like how he all of a sudden gets pretty hostile and secretive, well.. for Kross anyway.

Well if you have 3 or 4 fp, you can just knock on the door early in the mornings before he leaves the house.
