21. Say I have a level 2 Watering Can. I charge it up, and water a 3x1 area. Do I use the same amount of Stamina as if I had watered each of the three squares individually, or do I use the same amount as if I had just watered 1 square?
In case you didn't see my previous edit...
22. How many days do I have to wait for my Apple Seedling to become a tree? Does it grow in several stages?
20. When you earn different amounts of Gold through shipping, different Sprites appear 'Congratulating' you. If you earn over 10,000, all of them will appear and the screen will read, "Congratulations." it's just a little thing to make you feel good, nothing else.

22. 50 days, and yes.

23. Can you overwater your crops?
24. Does your Fishing Rod’s skill level go up only when you catch a fish? I have tried just casting it in grass, and the skill level doesn’t seem to move any. Then I tried repeatedly casting into water, waiting until the first row of dots disappeared, and then reeled it back in, and still it didn’t seem to move.

About the Harvest Sprites. You do not need to do them in order however if you do not do them in order then growing the tree won't summon the Harvest Goddess. My main thing is though is that if you intend to marry it's actually easier to do the rainbows in order when you've given your child the Journey Rucksack and started a "New Game+"

nope, can't overwater your crops.
yes, only when you catch fish. it takes forever.

25. Any idea why my silkworm is sparkling?
26. Does using Matches consume Stamina?
27. What happens if you chop down all of the trees in Praline Woods?
Concerning the Fishing Rod question, is there a certain number of objects you must catch, or is it a certain accumulative size, or what?

Just posting so the topic doesn't die, in order to be able to get answers for future questions that I may have. Also, so I can get answers for the previous three questions.

Your worm is sparkling because it is very happy. No joke.
Using matches does consume stamina.
It will take longer for the trees/stones to come back if you completely deforest the area.

But the trees/stones will come back eventually, even if I cut down/smash everything?

...Yes...Otherwise it'd be fairly easy to ruin your game, right?

28. Is the gender of your child randomly set, or do you get to choose?
29. Can anyone confirm that grass takes two days to re-grow?

There's a ceremony a few weeks after you become pregnant where you ask the H. Goddess. There are three options
1. boy
2. girl
3. your spouse chooses (random)
Id on't think it's two days, but it's very quick.

So do you have to have the Harvest Goddess "rescued", or all of the rainbows, or does she appear in yet another dream?
30. Is buying Silk Yarn, or Wool Yarn, or that-other-kind-of yarn from a festival, then dyeing it blue and selling it a good and/or viable option?

you don't have to have her rescued. she doesn't actually appear to you. you just go to the church and stand by the alter.
you can buy Good Silk Yarn for 1050G and you can sell Blue Silk Thread for 2100G. same for Good Flax Yarn. you can buy it for 540G and sell Blue Flax Yarn for 1080G. you can roughly double your money, so long as you have enough blue flowers, the barn, and a yarn maker (way to get the dye pot).

Bold mine
Does the Silk Yarn turn into Silk Thread after you dye it? When all can you buy it?

you can buy Good Silk Yarn from Hannah at the Animal Festival. Good Silk Yarn turns into Blue Silk Thread after you've dyed it using a flower and the dying pot. You need to have the animal barn and have purchased the yarn maker before you can dye yarn.
